Bee pollen is one of my favorite substances in this whole ball of mud and water we call Earth. There is an ancient magic in it that is very difficult to put into words, but I will certainly do my best. Did you know that it takes an average of eight hours for a single bee to produce a single pollen pellet? Close your eyes and let that sink in for a moment. It is essential to ingest quality bee pollen with jealous amounts of attention and gratitude. Maybe now that little speck of dust that falls from your spoon onto the ground will make you think twice about ignoring it. Bee pollen is as amazing as shilajit and you will learn that the combination of the two can be what you need every day.
John Lennon imagined a world without possessions, and without religion as well. I imagine a world in which instead of taking toxic, non-absorbable, lab-synthesized “multivitamins” (i.e. Centrum), people simply eat a spoonful of fresh, local bee pollen every day. This fluffy yellow bee powder is nature’s most complete and vitamin-rich food. Virtually every element required by the human body is present in some amount: Now, imagine pairing it with shilajit to enhance all its qualities and more.
- Vitamins A, C, E and B complex
- Free form amino acids (no metabolic conversion required).
- DNA/RNA (depleted by exercise, stress, pollution and poor diet)
- Lecithin (helps dissolve and eliminate body fat)
- Myelin (regenerates the protective sheath that surrounds the neurons)
- Enzymes (fuel metabolic fires)
- Routine (incredibly strengthening the capillaries)
- Phenylalanine (may help balance appetite)
Free-form amino acids should be of special interest to those struggling with drug or alcohol addiction. These compounds are excellent building blocks for new neurotransmitters, which essentially work to reduce cravings by increasing the levels of feel-good chemicals in the brain. Consider that bee pollen is the main source of food for young bees; bees are the hardest working and least appreciated creatures I know. Perhaps it would be wise to follow the nutritional advice of these infinitely resistant insects.
Pollen is clearly an exemplary candidate for the Super Food Hall of Fame; when combined with Pürblack, which reigns over any traditional shilajit or mumie, the energy potential of that substance rivals that of a supernova. It is similar to mounting a space shuttle on a comet; the depths of the cosmos that one could reach under such circumstances are potentially more vast and beautiful.
If Shilajit is a master at building laymen, then bee pollen would be the gift of a trillion layman’s bricks. The builder would then be able to build anything he wanted, as opposed to working with limited materials where building anything worthwhile is a huge challenge. One cannot heal the body; he must provide the energy necessary for his body to return to homeostasis, where healing occurs naturally. The spectrum of nutrition in bee pollen is so broad that the rejuvenating effects are virtually unparalleled, except for those found in the living Pürblack resin. Combine the two and, well, you can do the math.
Perhaps now you understand better how we are tangibly evolving our biochemistry, one spoonful of Pürblack shilajit full of pollen at a time. Currently, we are unable to make scientific claims about the real nature of what may be transpiring inside our bodies. Perhaps in 10 or 20 years, there will be an entire branch of science dedicated to using raw materials such as bee pollen and shilajit to make 1 + 1 = 3. Imagine… it’s not hard to do.
