was recommended for joint pain arthritis.
A friend recommend this to me for arthritis. not really sold in health supplements but since i started incorporating this in my routine, I can see a slight improvement in swelling and pain. So will continue using and hoping for promising results.

it is helping with joint pain. I am 66 year old and suffer from old people aches and pains. taking joint+ is helping with pain. mobility can be improved but likely need PT for that

aging joints need help!
