Bee pollen is one of my favorite substances on this ball of mud and water we call Earth. It is an ancient magic that is very difficult to put into words, but I will certainly do my best. Did you know that it takes a single bee an average of eight hours of work to produce a single grain of pollen? Close your eyes and let yourself go for a while. It is important to ingest quality bee pollen with great zeal and gratitude. Perhaps now the little pellet of powder that falls from your spoon to the ground will make you think twice before ignoring it. Bee pollen is just as amazing as shilajit and you’ll learn that combining the two may be just what you need in your daily life.
John Lennon imagined a world without possessions, and without religion, too. I imagine a world where, instead of taking toxic, non-absorbable “multi-vitamins” synthesized in the laboratory (i.e. Centrum), people just eat a tablespoon of fresh, local bee pollen every day. This fluffy, yellow bee pollen is the most complete and vitamin-rich food in nature. Practically all the elements the human body needs are present in certain quantities: Now imagine combining it with shilajit to strengthen all its qualities, and even more.
- Vitamins A, C, E and B complex
- Amino acids in free form (no metabolic conversion required)\
- DNA/RNA (exhausted by exercise, stress, pollution and poor diet)
- Lecithin (helps dissolve and eliminate fat from the body)
- Myelin (regenerates the protective sheath that surrounds the neurons)
- Enzymes (fuel metabolic fires)
- Rutin (incredible strengthening of capillaries)
- Phenylalanine (may help balance the appetite)
Amino acids in free form should be of particular concern to those struggling with drug or alcohol abuse. These compounds are excellent building blocks for new neurotransmitters, working primarily to reduce cravings by increasing the levels of chemicals in the brain. You should know that bee pollen is the main food source for young bees; bees are the hardest working and most underrated creatures I know. Perhaps it would be wise to follow the nutritional advice of these infinitely resistant insects.
Pollen is clearly an exemplary candidate for the Superfood Hall of Fame; when combined with Pürblack, which reigns above any traditional shilajit or mummy, the energy potential of this substance rivals that of a supernova. It is like riding a space shuttle on a comet; the depths of the cosmos that could be reached in such circumstances are potentially exponentially greater and more beautiful.
If shilajit is a master at building legos, then bee pollen would be the gift of a trillion lego bricks. The builder would then be able to build anything he wants, instead of working with limited materials where building everything worthwhile is a huge challenge. You can’t heal the body; you have to provide the energy to get the body back to homeostasis, where healing occurs naturally. The nutritional spectrum of bee pollen is so broad that the rejuvenating effects are virtually unparalleled, except for those found in the living Pürblack resin. Combine the two and you can do the math.
Perhaps now you understand better how we are actually changing our biochemistry, one spoonful of Pürblack shilajit filled with pollen at a time. At present, we are not able to make solid scientific assertions about the real nature of what can perspire in our bodies. Maybe in 10 or 20 years from now, an entire branch of science will be dedicated to using raw materials like bee pollen and shilajit to get 1 + 1 = 3. Imagine… it’s not hard to do.
